Special Orders
Sometimes we don’t have what you’re looking for in the store. That’s why we offer special orders. We can often find items that are rare, out of print, or generally unavailable.
We accept pre-payments for special orders in the store and on the phone. When calling, it’s helpful if you have the artist, album/movie title and desired format (vinyl, CD, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) handy before you contact us.

For most special orders, we can usually get the item for you in 2-5 business days. But sometimes, particularly if the item is limited edition, in between manufacturing runs or delayed due to supply chain issues, it can take longer. We will not take your money unless the item is currently available through our distributors. Special orders are not refundable.
Note: Special orders that have not been picked up within 3 months of notification will be considered abandoned and returned to our inventory.
